Este material de enmascarar es soluble en agua, por lo que su concentración se puede ajustar diluyéndolo con agua.

La película seca se puede cortar con un cúter o un cuchillo de precisión. Se recomienda usar una cuchilla nueva al cortar. Cortar con una cuchilla desafilada puede hacer que los bordes se levanten.
